AHA I   One of the aṣṭavasus. His father was Dharma and mother, Ratidevī. [M.B., Ādi Parva, Ślokas 17 to 20, Chapter 66] .
AHA II (AHAH)   A sacred pond. If one bathes in it he will go to the land of the Sun. [M.B., Vana Parva, Śloka 100, Chapter 83] .
AHA III   One born of the dynasty of demons (asuravaṁśa). (See under Heti, the genealogy chart of the demon dynasty).

अह  n. 1.ind. (as a particle implying ascertainment, affirmation, certainty, &c.) surely, certainly, [RV.] ; [AV.] ; [ŚBr.]

अह   (as admitting, limiting, &c.) it is true, I grant, granted, indeed, at least, [ŚBr.] ([For the rules of accentuation necessitated in a phrase by the particle cf.[Pāṇ. 8-1, 24 seqq.] ])
अह  n. 2.n. (only Ved.; nom.pl.अ॑हा, [RV.] ; [AV.] ; gen.pl.अ॑हानाम्, [RV. viii, 22, 13] ) = अ॑हर्q.v., a day

अह [aha]   ind. A particle implying (a) praise (पूजा); (b) separation; (c) resolution, ascertainment, certainty; and translated by 'surely', 'certainly', 'yes', 'well'; (d) rejecting; (e) sending; (f) deviation from custom, impropriety) त्वमह ग्रामं गच्छ, त्वमह रथेनारण्यं गच्छ Sk. स्वयमह रथेन याति, उपाध्यायं पदातिं गमयति Sk. (g) hence, therefore (अथ); शर्वरीं भगवन्नद्य सत्यशील तवाश्रमे । उषिताः स्मोऽह वसतिमनुजानातु नो भवान् ॥ [Rām.2.54.37.]
